What to write to us about

vectricSpin is a small, independent project, and every message goes directly to the people who build and maintain the site. Here are the kinds of emails we love to receive — and the ones that get the fastest answers.

Bug reports

If the wheel spins too fast, stops in the wrong place, or the page misbehaves on your device, please tell us. Include the following details so we can reproduce it:

Feature requests

We keep a running list of ideas from users, and the most requested features move to the top of the roadmap. Popular requests we have received so far include:

If you have an idea that is not on this list, we would still love to hear it. Describe the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you want — that helps us design the right solution.

Advertising and partnership inquiries

For advertising placements, sponsorship questions, or partnership proposals, please email us with a short description of your business, the type of partnership you have in mind, and any relevant URLs. We review every proposal, but we decline anything that would compromise the user experience — such as pop-ups, redirects, or intrusive interstitials.

Press and media

If you are writing about vectricSpin, please feel free to quote anything from this website. For interviews, quotes, or additional material, email us with the name of your publication, your deadline, and the angle of your story.

Please note: we do not offer phone support, live chat, or in-person meetings. vectricSpin is a small independent project, and email is the only channel we actively monitor.

What we cannot help with

To save you a round trip, here are a few requests that are outside what we can do:

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get a reply?

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Complex questions or feature proposals may take a little longer.

Can I submit a bug anonymously?

Yes. You do not need to give your name. Just describe the bug and include your browser and device information so we can try to reproduce it.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored articles?

No. vectricSpin does not publish guest content, sponsored articles, or paid links. Please do not send unsolicited SEO pitches — they will not receive a reply.

Can I suggest a new preset?

Absolutely. If you have a preset you would like to see added — for example "Workout", "Movie Night", or "Chores" — send it in with the options you would include.

Is there a mailing list I can join?

Not at the moment. We do not collect email addresses for marketing purposes. If you want to hear about updates, just bookmark the site and check back periodically.

How do I report an offensive ad?

Send us a screenshot of the ad, the page it appeared on, the approximate time, and your country. We will forward it to our advertising partners for review.

Before you email us

Many of the most common questions are already answered elsewhere on the site. Before sending a message, you may find what you need here:
